At Rhino Greenhouses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening investment. If your greenhouse or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage all components in their original crates and boxes, ensuring all glass panels and aluminum frames are securely padded for transport.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Due to the size and weight of our greenhouse structures, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the items directly from your property.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies that all parts are present and undamaged, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
